We just finished a study between FutureCast, Barkley and the Cambridge Group for a fortune 100 client. We looked across a portfolio of brands, theirs and others, to understand the financial impact of millennial influence among Millennials, Gen Xers and Baby Boomers. What we found was shocking.
First, what consumers say and how they spend their money are very different.There’s a big gap between what I tell you and how I’m spending my money.
Second, there are six identifiable mindsets that drive financial performance among all three generations. Those mindsets include: Social Circle, Self, Innovation, Trust, Purpose and Accessibility.
